The binding
(March - April)
The binding consists to control the growth of the vineyards by binding the woods to a wire.
At the beginning of march, just after the cutting, we proceed to the binding. This consists in linking the vine shoot to the support wire with a small wire and the help of binding pliers.
The vieyards will then grow in a more controlled way.
